PVDF coating

PVDF (polymerizing vinylidene difluoride) currently found under several trademarks such as Kynar®, Hylar®, and Solef® has excellent dielectric properties and is highly resistant to acids and alkalis and harsh weather conditions. At the same time, it is very stable and hygienically harmless so is approved for use in the food industry. Most often PVDF is used for the professional coating of chemical equipment and machine parts where cleanliness, strength and very high environmental resistance are required. PVDF coatings are also widely used in the manufacture of lithium-ion batteries.
